Terms and Conditions
The small print…

* Accommodation prices apply at the time of booking.
* We require a 50% deposit with a reservation. Deposits are non refundable if guests cancel within a month of reservation.
* Group reservation require to pay a breakage deposit of R1000.00 and will be refunded accordingly on day of departure.
* Full amount payable 7 days in advance to confirm booking.
* Breakfast is not included in the price and must be booked upon arrival.
* Check-in time: 14:00pm - 19:00pm Guests arriving after 19:00 without any prior notice will be charged R100.00 per hour late arrival fee after 19:00pm.
* Check-out time: 10:00am.
* If rooms are not vacant by check-out time, guests will be charged for an additional day.
* All accounts to be settled on arrival.
* No bedding or towels are permitted to leave the guesthouse. To be used in the rooms only, not outside.
* No smoking is permitted in any rooms or the rest of the house.
* Breakfast room to be kept clean and tidy at all times. No dirty dishes allowed.
* Out of respect for neighbors, noise levels should be kept to an acceptable level. No noise or music after 22:00pm.

Liability:
* ALL GUESTS ENTER THESE PREMISES AT OWN RISK.
* All vehicles parked at own risk.
* The Owners/Management of La Bella B&B Under the Fig Tree are not liable or do not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damage done to any guest’s property.
* Any damage to the property or its content should be reported immediately upon arrival to Owners/ Management. Failing to do so, guests will be held liable for any damage to the property or content.
* The Owners/Management’s private residence is off limit for any guest to socialize on.

Safety:
For the safety of all our guests, the following applies:
* The front gate (big green automatic gate in front in the drive way) at the entrance should be closed and locked at all times.
* Please make sure you lock all doors (front, breakfast room & security gates/ butler door) of the of the guest house during the day and especially at night.
* NO UNAUTHORIZED persons/visitors are allowed on the premises.
* Only guests whose names appear on the guest register will be permitted on the guest house premises. Any unauthorized persons that was not originally booked and paid for will be fined at a premium rate of R600.00 per person per night.
* Our guests safety is our top priority and should you not comply with these rules, guests will be expected to settle the FULL account and leave the premises immediately.

Braai facilities:
* Braai facilities are only available for PAYING guests.
* No braai wood will be supplied.
* No noise after 10:00pm.
* Noise levels are expected to be kept to a minimum and will be closely monitored by Owners/Management.
* Should any problems occur, guests will be expected to settle the FULL account and leave the premises immediately.
